I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the stunning Marksburg castle. It made exploring the area so convenient. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stylish new bathroom. I loved the attention to detail in the hotel's décor, from the beautiful artwork to the displays of days gone by. It added a unique touch to the overall experience.

I can't recommend this hotel enough to families. Everything about this place was excellent, from the gourmet restaurant to the range of amenities available.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel's location was excellent, we were able to visit key attractions with ease. The building itself was charming and well-maintained, and the breakfast room was nicely decorated and offered a good variety of choices.

Our room was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding didn't quite fit, the furniture was cheap and mismatched. The bathroom was cramped and the extractor fan didn't work. Housekeeping wasn't quite up to par and the Jacuzzi bath didn't work, making for a disappointing stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Its location was very close to the castle and down to the river. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Located near the Rhine and a train stop, this hotel is a quick walk to the Marksburg castle, and offers impressive in, house art. the rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and charming decor. Wake up to a delightful breakfast before exploring the nearby river bank. Facilities include a museum, garden, and restaurant with 4, 5 food, all nestled in an architecturally rich 13th.

The parking area is tight.

This hotel was a great choice for our Christmas vacation. the breakfast had a great selection, especially the sausages and fresh fruit. the location was perfect with a beautiful hiking trail nearby and stunning views of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the cozy public areas and comfortable rooms.

The hotel seemed to have communication issues and lacked customer service. We had trouble getting in touch with anyone before our arrival, and once we were there, we had a difficult time communicating about our needs.
